모델 701 제로공기발생기

The model 701 is an excellent source of clean, dry air for dilution calibrators. It also may be used as a source of purge air for permeation tube ovens or burner air for FID analyzer.

모델 701은 희석식 교정기에 공급되는 우수한 청정, 건조공기를 생성하는 장치이다. 또한 펌 튜브(Perm Tube)에서 발생한 가스나 FID측정기용 버너(Burner)에서 발생한 공기를 배출하는 가스를 공급하는 장치로도 사용할 수 있다.

The regenerative heatless dryer removes water and produces a gas 쟈호 a dewpoint of less than minus 20 degrees C, independent of inlet dewpoint. The regenerative dryer also assists in the removal of other gases, greatly increasing the life of the chemical scrubbers.

재생(Regenerative) 무가열(Heatless) 건조기(Dryer)는 수분을 제거하여 이슬점(Dew Point) -20C의 가스를 생성한다. 재생건조기는 다른 가스도 제거하여 화학 스크러버(Scrubber)의 수명을 획기적으로 연장시킨다.

The basic model 701 includes an oil less diaphragem less pump plus scrubbers to remove so no, no3 o3 and Hws. Optional scrubbers are available to remove CO and Hydrocarbons.

기본적인 모델 701은 Oil-less 및 Diaphragm-less 펌프와 SO2, NO, NO2, O3 및 H2S 스크러버로 구성된다. CO 및 HC(Hydrocarbon) 스크러버도 설치할 수 있다.(옵션)

Inlet air is pulled into the pump and routed through a pre cooler and water trap, which takes out water. The air then passes thouugh the regenerative scrubber where the final drying action is taken, and from ther to the storage tank.

흡입공기는 펌프로 흡입되어 냉각장치를 통해서 수분 배출하는 워터트랩(Water Trap)을 거처서 최종적으로 수분을 제거하는 재생건조기를 통해서 압축탱크에 저장된다.

Tank pressure is monitored and maintained at a preset level by cycling the pump automatically as needed, extending pump and scrubber life. The outlet of the thank is scrubbed and goes through and filter to produce a clean and dry zero air supply.

탱크압력은 사용자가 설정한대로 유지하여, 펌프와 스크러버의 수명을 연장시킨다. 탱크출구에서 나오는 공기는 필터와 스크러버를 지나면서 청정, 건조한 제로공기를 공급한다.

A microcontroller cycles the regenerative dryer and the water trap valve, ensuring that the pump doesn't start against full head pressure.

The model 701 is an ideal accessory to the model 700 mass fjow calibrator or model 702 single point calibrator as a zero air source for analyzers.

마이크로컨트롤러는 재생건조기와 워터트랩밸브를 체크하여 펌프 구동시 최대압력으로 작동하지 않도록 한다.

모델 701은 모델 700 질량유량교정기나 모델 702 단독교정기의 제로공기소스로 이상적이다.
